S'mores Mug Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 graham crackers
02 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
03 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - ⅓ teaspoon baking powder
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - ¼ cup whole milk
07 - 1 large egg

→ Toppings

08 - 1 ounce milk chocolate, chopped
09 - ¼ cup marshmallow fluff or 2 jumbo marshmallows

# Instructions:

01 - Place the graham crackers in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into fine crumbs.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the milk and egg and whisk until fully combined. Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe mug.
03 - Microwave the mixture on medium power for 2 minutes. Arrange the chopped chocolate on the surface of the cake and microwave again until the chocolate is melted, about 1 minute.
04 - Top with marshmallow fluff or jumbo marshmallows. If desired, place under the broiler until marshmallow browns. Sprinkle with the remaining graham cracker crumbs before serving.

01 - This mug cake cooks quickly in the microwave, providing a single-serving dessert with all the flavors of a classic s'more.
02 - For best results, use a wide-mouthed mug that holds at least 12 ounces.
