Shamrock Shakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 cups vanilla ice cream
02 - 1/2 to 1 cup 2% milk
03 - 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
04 - 4 to 5 drops liquid green food coloring

→ Toppings

05 - Whipped cream
06 - Maraschino cherries
07 - Chocolate sauce
08 - Caramel sauce (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Place vanilla ice cream, peppermint extract and green food coloring in a blender.
02 - Pour in 1/2 cup milk and secure the blender lid. Blend until creamy and thoroughly combined. For a thinner consistency, gradually add more milk until desired texture is achieved.
03 - Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and top with whipped cream, cherries, chocolate sauce, and caramel sauce if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, chill glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
02 - Adjust peppermint extract to taste - start with less as it's quite potent.
