Lemon Pepper Tilapia Sheet Pan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fish

01 - 4 large fresh tilapia fillets (approximately 700g)

→ Vegetables

02 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes
03 - 450g fresh green beans, trimmed

→ Seasonings

04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 3 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
06 - Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
07 - 1 lemon, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
03 - Place tomatoes and green beans on the foil, leaving space on one side for the fish.
04 - Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons olive oil over vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, then toss until evenly coated. Spread out evenly on the pan.
05 - Pat dry tilapia fillets with paper towel and place on the reserved area of the baking sheet.
06 - Drizzle fish with remaining olive oil and massage into both sides. Sprinkle both sides with sea salt, then top with lemon pepper seasoning. Place one lemon slice on each fillet.
07 - Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. For a more golden appearance, broil for the last 1-2 minutes.
08 - Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh chives or parsley if desired.
