01 - 2 cups water
02 - 2 hibiscus tea bags (or 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers)
03 - 1/2 cup fresh ripe strawberries, pureed
04 - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)

→ For Serving

06 - Ice cubes
07 - Sliced strawberries and lemon slices (for garnish)
08 - Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 2 hibiscus tea bags or 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers. Steep for 5-7 minutes for desired strength. Remove tea bags or strain out flowers, then allow tea to cool completely.

03 - In a large pitcher, combine the remaining cooled hibiscus tea, strawberry puree, and 1/4 cup of lemon juice.
04 - Add 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup to the mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
05 - Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more maple syrup or lemon juice as needed.
06 - Pour over ice in glasses and garnish with fresh lemon slices, strawberry slices, and mint leaves if desired.

# Notes:
