Garlic Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
02 - 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
03 - 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
04 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste
10 - 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
02 - Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
03 - Dredge each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture, ensuring both sides are evenly coated.
04 - Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer without overlapping. Cook at 190°C (375°F) for 12 minutes.
05 - Allow chicken to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving to retain juices and maximize flavor.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure chicken breasts are of similar thickness to promote even cooking.
02 - If cooking larger quantities, work in batches to maintain proper air circulation in the fryer.
