Fruit Pizza Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sugar Cookie Crust

01 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
02 - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
03 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 large egg

→ Cream Cheese Frosting

08 - 340g cream cheese, softened
09 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar

→ Fruit Toppings

12 - 7-10 fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
13 - 5-6 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
14 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
15 - 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
16 - 1 small bunch of seedless grapes, halved

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine softened butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well integrated. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until just combined. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes to firm.
02 - Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking stone or large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll chilled dough to a thickness of 6-12mm (1/4 to 1/2 inch), leaving space at edges. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Allow to cool completely.
03 - Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the cooled cookie base. Refrigerate briefly to set the frosting.
04 - Artfully arrange sliced fruits on the chilled frosting surface. Create patterns or concentric circles with alternating fruit varieties for visual appeal.

# Notes:

01 - Store-bought sugar cookie dough can be substituted for the homemade crust if preferred.
02 - For best results, apply fruit topping shortly before serving to prevent moisture from affecting the cookie base.
