Easy Homemade Crepes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Batter

01 - 4 large eggs
02 - 1/3 cup salted butter, softened
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 1 1/4 cups milk
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
02 - Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray.
03 - Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the center of the hot skillet. Immediately tilt the skillet in a circular motion so the batter evenly coats the bottom of the pan.
04 - Cook for 30 seconds or until edges start to curl slightly and bottom is golden brown.
05 - Carefully flip crepe to the other side and cook another 30 seconds or until golden.
06 - Transfer crepe to a large plate and cover to keep warm while cooking remaining batter. Repeat process to make approximately 12 crepes.
07 - Serve crepes with your preferred sweet fillings such as whipped cream, berries, or cream cheese. Alternatively, enjoy with savory toppings like chicken, eggs, cheese, or vegetables.

01 - Crepes can be made ahead and stored stacked between sheets of wax paper in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
