High-Protein Chocolate Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 oz. low-fat Greek yogurt
02 - ½ cup almond milk
03 - ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
04 - 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Stevia
06 - 0.7 oz. oats

→ Toppings

07 - Almonds and berries (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Blend Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, Stevia, and almond milk thoroughly in a blender until smooth.
02 - Pour the blended mixture into a glass or bowl and fold in the oats until well combined.
03 - Cover the container and place in the refrigerator overnight to allow oats to soften and flavors to develop.
04 - Remove from the refrigerator and stir thoroughly with a spoon until the consistency is even throughout.
05 - Top with almonds and fresh berries before serving for added texture and flavor.
