Brownie Batter Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups rolled oats (preferably sprouted gluten-free)
02 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder
03 - 4 servings chocolate protein powder
04 - 4 tablespoons chia seeds
05 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
07 - 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
08 - 1-2 cups milk of choice (dairy, almond, or coconut)
09 - 2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl combine the oats, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, chia seeds, and salt. Stir to combine thoroughly.
02 - Add the vanilla extract, Greek yogurt and milk to the oat mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and there are no lumps.
03 - Evenly divide the mixture into 4 separate jars or bowls. Cover with lids or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours, to allow the oats to soak and soften.
04 - Enjoy straight from the refrigerator. Overnight oats can be stored up to 5 days in the fridge in sealed airtight containers.

# Notes:

01 - For a richer chocolate flavor, use the coffee option instead of extra milk.
02 - Adjust milk quantity based on preferred consistency - less for thicker oats, more for a looser texture.
