Apple Spiced Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - ¼ cup hemp hearts
02 - 3 tablespoons rolled oats
03 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
04 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
06 - ¼ cup shredded apple
07 - ¾ cup milk

→ Toppings

08 - 6-8 pecan halves (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a 2-cup mason jar or similar sized container, stir together the hemp hearts, oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
02 - Mix in the Greek yogurt and shredded apple.
03 - Add the milk and stir until the mixture is well combined.
04 - Place the oats in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
05 - Top with pecans before serving.

# Notes:

01 - This breakfast can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
02 - For added sweetness, consider adding a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
